My poems have recently appeared in Grayson Books, “Waking Up to the Earth, Connecticut Poets in a Time of Global Climate Crisis.” I was the recipient of the 2020 Nutmeg Poetry Award from The Connecticut Poetry Society. A collection of my poems, “Field Notes,” was published by Dogwood Press, and my work has appeared in poetry collections, including Potpourri, Calliope, The Red Fox Review, Earth Day Poems (CT-DEP), and Stray Branch.

I am the author of The Girl Below the Line, a novel of the Triangle Waist Company Fire.

A long-time environmental and peace activist, human rights, climate justice, and social concerns strongly influence my work.
